Definitions

-Company, We, Us, Our refers to OlanSolutions

-Client, You, Your refers to the individual or legal entity purchasing services

-Services refer to web design, web development, maintenance, consulting, or other digital services provided by OlanSolutions

-Project refers to any agreed-upon scope of work, whether fixed-price or ongoing

Nature of Services

OlanSolutions provides custom digital services that are created specifically for each client.

Because of this, once work has begun, services are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy.

Right to Cancel Before Work Begins

You may cancel your order before any work has started and receive a full refund.

Work is considered to have started once any of the following occurs:

-Project planning or discovery begins

-Design or development work begins

-Resources or time are allocated to your project

-Access credentials, files, or hosting configurations are created

Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If you cancel after work has started:

-You may be eligible for a partial refund, based on the amount of work completed

-Any completed work will be billed proportionally

-Administrative, planning, and consultation time is non-refundable

Refund amounts are determined at our sole discretion and based on documented work completed up to the cancellation date.

No Refunds for Completed or Delivered Work

Refunds will not be issued for:

-Fully completed projects

-Approved milestones or phases

-Custom designs, code, or integrations already delivered

-Time spent on revisions beyond the agreed scope

-Third-party costs (domains, hosting, plugins, licenses, APIs, etc.)

Revisions and Corrections (No Refund Alternative)

If you are dissatisfied with any part of the work:

-We will make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope

-Bugs or errors caused by our work will be corrected at no additional cost

-Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees

Our goal is to resolve issues through correction rather than refunds.

Digital Deliverables

All deliverables are considered digital goods and services.

Once files, credentials, or access are delivered, the service is considered rendered and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

EU Consumer Rights Notice

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

-Fully performed digital services

-Custom-made or personalized services

-Services where performance has begun with the client’s consent

By ordering services from OlanSolutions, you expressly agree to the immediate commencement of work and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once work begins.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a breach of this policy.

We encourage clients to contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns fairly and efficiently.
